Not everyone who closes their eyes is sleeping. "Low Frequencies" is an experimental short film about Viktor — He has been called many things in many languages. None of them are quite right. The closest anyone ever got was a woman in Beirut who watched him work for three hours and then said simply — you are someone who listens.
